"We're 55!"
I can't believe that it's over, just like the thunder strikes. Whatever that had happened past 24 hours now joins the history of 1stKL.
Indeed, like SaiHong mentioned, it is Great & Awesome. We received so many positive comments from friends, ex-members, parents and visitors that the celebration is good. All our hard work is now paid off.
Overall, we had 80 tables filled, the dinner and performances went well and smooth. Just that the Boys and Girls who ran up and down making sure that things run well, didn't get to eat much.
But I just can't stop feeling as if I'm still in the mist of preparation, may be the momentum is still on. Let's celebrate again! HahA. The next round we'll meet again will be the 60th Anniversary. By then I wish I could be one of the main planning committee, wearing the white uniform.
Feeling a little nostalgia, this event had put so many of us together. BB & GB, young and old. Through the preparations, I got to work with so many boys and girls that I previously don't know them well. I daresay this event had created a stronger bond between all of us.
Just want to express our gratitude to:
1. God
2. VVIP, Wesley Church Pastoral Team & School Admin
3. Sponsors
4. Parents
5. Planning Committee
6. Serving Officers
7. NCOs, YLs & Helpers
8. Current Members
9. Ex-members
10. All visitors
And those who help in one way or another to making this event a successful and memorable one for all of us.
See you again in the next 5 years!
Ever Seeking, Ever Sure.
