The dynamic dance diva, Ciara was caught walking around in L.A. after leaving the Cheesecake Factory. Here's a few pictures of her and her puppies painting the town. I don't know about you guys, but I think I'd love to hear that Ciara was back in studio preparing for us to hear new music later this year. It's a real shame that songs like "'Yeah I Know', 'Heavy Rotation' and 'Turn it Up' featuring Usher were never released from 'Basic Instint' in video form.
