The soulful crooner was recently on MTV's storytellers singing an album cut "Fistful of tears", from his lastest project "Black summer's night". He gives an explanation of how the song was inspired by the war. Maxwell stated "I hate the fact that were fighting. I can't wait for the troops to come back. The fact that were fighting a religious war is crazy to me. I mean everyone should believe in whatever they want to believe in, just don't mess with me ".
