On the music front lately there’s been one mega superstar that’s been off the radar for a while. Justin Timberlake hasn’t released a new album since 2006’s FutureSex/LoveSounds which sold a whopping 10 million albums worldwide. The wait for new music appears to be almost over. Timberlake is said to be hitting the studio by the summer to prepare for his next album.
Here’s what Justin had to say in an interview with Entertainment Weekly:
“I’m planning to spend some time in the studio this summer. I feel like I’m always writing music and working on songs. But to make an album, you have to find a group of songs that speak to something that might not be on the radio currently and make sense for you personally.”
It has been 5years since Timberlake’s last album FutureSex/LoveSounds was released, so when does he think the new album will be ready?
“It’s right around the corner, I think.”
