Has it ever come a time where you were really nuts about your favorite band and you buy all their albums and follow and support them in each era, then suddenly they’re no more. In so many cases a popular band selling millions of records lose a “lead singer”, whether it’s that person moving on to find their own solo success, someone no longer having an interest in being in the spotlight or perhaps even death being the cause of the dismantling of that particular band. It’s common and it’s often hard for those remaining to pick up the pieces. Some groups in that same boat are members from: EnVogue, Destiny’s Child, Danity Kane, The Pussycat Dolls, SWV, TLC, Nsync, Dru Hill and Spice Girls to name a few. What’s unfortunate is how rare it is to find more than 1 star after the group goes their own separate ways. Is there any band member left behind (in those mentioned or unmentioned) that you feel really had some talent and potential to become a solo star?
