I had the little blessing to a short holiday, thanks to MLK Memorial Day. It was perfect to recover from the chaotic first week of school and the exhaustive day I had at Powder Ridge with the new international students.
May be winter break was too luxurious, I can't feel the "omph" for school nowadays. I just want to plug back into the motion of school life real quick before I wit from the desperation to go home - Malaysia. It is never too fun to sit in front of your laptop, with a pile of homeworks seated next to you, and you feel nothing about picking them up and completing them.
May be it is the distractions. I may have to reaffirm myself with plans and resolutions set earlier this year.
Probably a good downpour would wash away this paleness and bring forth more life.
"Oh God, please take away this laziness in me." As things get going, I just pray that better things are installed for tomorrows.
Even now that I am writing, I can feel that hissing noise from the quiet surroundings in my veins. I learned the importance of motivations and inspirations. I have been reinforced several times this week that inspirations are my main engine for life. It fuels my motors and gives them the power to move forward.
Alright, I need to look for some fuel now. Hopefully I can soon come up with something better than this piece of ranting. Ciao.
