Appreciate Life

Ahh...guess today was a day of mixed feelings.

Woke up to a sad news that my primary school classmate was killed in a tragic accident in New York yesterday. Totally set the gray tone to my day. The rest of the day was still and reckless.

Life isn't giving us a lot of chance, I think. Be grateful, be passionate - for we don't know about tomorrow. Though Shakespeare made it sounded dull, I agree with him that life is indeed short.
To-morrow, and to-morrow, and to-morrow,
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day
To the last syllable of recorded time,
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle!
Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more: it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.
Ask not how much life has given you, but how much you have given into life.


In the mist of despair, I'm yet feeling accomplishment tonight for completing my work and assignments. After this, I guess I would have to face anxiety because three big exams are coming up next week, one after another.

Feeling contented just to squeeze some minutes out of my rather packed schedule to meet my blog and send an entry for the week. Thank you for your regular visit, I will really appreciate if you leave your feedback as well. Your input is my greatest motivation to write.
