As the semester ends, I want to take this chance to appreciate my friends who are completing their exchange semester(s) and will be going home for good. These friends, two of them were here for the academic year and one of them for one semester.
Quynh and Pyseth. Quynh from Vietnam and Pyseth from Cambodia. Both of them came to SCSU the same batch with me.
Pyseth: The only Cambodian here on campus. I called him the Cambodian Prince here because he's wealthy. He is a very easy going person. I enjoy chatting with him because he always raise questions about campus welfare. He's indeed a very friendly guy. Be bold, you will be a successful man in the near future!
Quynh: Lovely lady. A girl who hibernates throughout the winter. She has the funny side in her that she doesn't even know. Words she spoke are always hilarious. "Birdwatching" is our inside joke. Keep up the happy-go-lucky side of you, girl. You are more than a friend. Life will be so dry without you.
Finally, Anna Lim from Malaysia. She came to SCSU only this semester for her exchange. She is the most kind, caring and sincere girl I've ever met. She cared almost for everyone around her. Everybody loves her being around. She is like the sunshine in a cloudy day, brightens our hearts. Anna, I thank God for placing you here. I pray you go forth carrying the light of God in whatever you pursue in the future.
I don't know how much I will miss my friends after this spring, but I will definitely keep them in my book of life. They came into my life and have left footprints. I thank God for them. Each one of them had made different impacts in my living and affected me in one way of another.
I wish all of you best in your future undertakings; whether you are graduating, or completing your degree, I pray that God will bless you abundantly.
Let's do our best for the finals and leave no regrets!
