It's alive: The thing prequel is here: will it be bad?

"The thing" one of carpenter's most amazing films, one scary as hell tale of a not-friendly E.T with the best practical effects you can see. Back in 1982 when "The thing" was released it was destroyed by the critics. A move that reveals that critics are just losers. Now it is considered a masterpiece, a classic sfi-fi horror tale that crawls under your skin.

Peter Jackson confirmed as "The hobbit" director-What a shock!

Finally a director for the film adaptation of "The hobbit" has found. It is ........ Peter Jackson. What a shock! I have to admit i loved the camera work of Jackson in the "lord of the rings" trilogy. However there is one problem. This film has a lot of troubled pre-production. Studio conflicts, the departure of Del Toro from the project-who is certainly a quality creative force, disagreements

Octoberness

I love orange and I love October in orange!

Hey what's up people, it's October yeah!

Time just flies, it has been almost half a semester gone. This coming week will be the killer week of the month - with three midterms and one major ad presentation. I am so looking forward to Saturday already, when all of it is gonna be over and that I could enjoy more of a life.

Normally during this time of the year, things just kinda slow down and I find that I have more leisure time that I am supposed to, even though I have a number of tests to face. I just think may be I have begun procrastinating.

By the way, I wanna thank God for the lovely people He assigned into my life. Yea, I mean the Martin's. I met Dave when I attended Good News Church for the first time back in August 2009 and he is the director for Chi Alpha campus ministry on campus. I soon became very close to his family, attending many family occasions with them, not forgetting grandma and granddad as well. I feel really warmed being around them.

Today, I was invited over to the family dinner again after church. At the table, Noah, the second kid in the Martin's family said that I was "always a family to them." In that moment, I simply feel contented and grateful for such lovely people in my life. I pray God to continually pour blessings upon this home and may them be of great testimony for the Lord.

Well, I trust that October is gonna be another eventful yet enjoyable month. I look forward to my China friend, Emma's wedding on Sunday. Goash, this is so adding on to my craves for weekend to come!

Till then, readers, Cheerios!
